Do I have to take out a maintenance contract?

No, a contract isn’t mandatory, but we strongly recommend it to ensure your system remains fully operational.

Yes. If you rent equipment from us, maintenance is included for the duration of your contract at no extra cost.

Our standard maintenance contract includes two scheduled on-site visits per year. Any additional visits required to resolve issues are also provided at no extra charge.

Yes. Equipment faults not caused by the customer are repaired or replaced at no cost. Damage caused by the customer is not covered under the contract.
